About Us

Occupational Testing & Performance Center (OTPC) was started by Chad and Jennifer Vacek. Both have degrees from Creighton University in Occupational Therapy. With over 20 years of combined experience in the Rehabilitation and Medical Equipment field, they saw a need for objective employee screening services in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area. They felt that too many employers put their employees and companies at risk by hiring people that are not physically qualified for their positions. It is tremendously important to the Vaceks to promote an employee screening process that is objective, standardized and computerized. It was essential that the testing services utilized in the clinic were ADA, EEOC and HIPAA compliant. All of these goals have been achieved by utilizing the Physical Capacity Profile®.
